Funding Opportunities
The Kidney Foundation of Canada has established a national research fund to encourage research that may further current knowledge pertaining to the kidney and urinary tract. The Kidney Foundation provides funding for both Biomedical and Allied Health Professionals, through Research Grants, Fellowships and Scholarships.
Other funding opportunities are also available through the KRESCENT Program.

IMPORTANT
- The mandatory deadline date is for both new and renewal applications.
- If the deadline date falls during a weekend or on a holiday, the deadline will be the next working day.
- Deadline dates indicate the latest acceptable date for a courier-stamped application.
- Applications COURIER-STAMPED AFTER THE DEADLINE will be considered late.
- The Kidney Foundation of Canada will DECLINE LATE APPLICATIONS.
- The Kidney Foundation of Canada reserves the right to DECLINE INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS (for example if the application is missing the Principal Applicant and/or Co-Applicant’s CV Module, Budget Module).
- Please ensure that you are using the current Kidney Foundation of Canada forms as no other form will be accepted.
- All applications must be sent to the National Office of The Kidney Foundation of Canada. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
