Living with Kidney Disease Manual

The Living with Kidney Disease patient manual produced by The Kidney Foundation of Canada is an important educational reference document for Canadians living with kidney disease.

This manual contains information about major topics that may be useful to people living with kidney disease. The manual is available in English and French, as well as Chinese, Italian, and Punjabi.  A Portuguese version will be available online  shortly.

An audio version is available in English and French for the visually impaired.

Video

A video version of this manual, featuring interviews with kidney patients, is available in VHS and DVD format in English, French, Chinese and Punjabi.

Print copies of the manual are provided free of charge to any kidney patient in Canada who will be requiring, or is already receiving, treatment for end-stage renal disease. It is available through your local renal program or local Kidney Foundation of Canada office. Other interested persons may obtain a copy of this manual for $25 Cdn (plus shipping and handling).
