The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Ontario Branch is committed to ensuring that the services and goods that it supplies to its customers/stakeholders are accessible to all Ontarians with disabilities.

Give us your feedback

The Foundation values your feedback with regard to the level of service that you have received. Customers/Stakeholders who wish to provide feedback on the way The Foundation provides goods and services to people with disabilities can do so in any of the following ways:

  • Via e-mail to:
  • Verbally by calling Wendy Kudeba at 1.800.387.4474, ext 4980
  • Verbally to any KFOC staff/volunteer with whom you come into contact
  • By completing a hard copy of the Customer Feedback Form (available at all KFOC offices)
  • By completing the on-line Customer Feedback Form
  • By downloading the Customer Feedback Form, completing it and:

~ Mailing it to The Kidney Foundation of Canada, 201-1599 Hurontario St., Mississauga, ON L5G 4S1 or
~ Faxing it to 905.271.4990 or
~ Saving it and e-mailing it to

All feedback will be directed to Wendy Kudeba, Director of Marketing & Communications. Customers/Stakeholders can typically expect to hear back within three business days. Complaints will be addressed according to our organization's regular complaint management practices.
Note: All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and appropriately safeguarded and shall only be used to address your specific customer service issue.

Notice of Temporary Disruption of Services

In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption of our services or to our facilities, The Foundation will take swift action to ensure that a notification is placed on this webpage as well as in the vicinity of the actual disruption (in an area which is highly visible).

The Foundation will post information concerning what alternative arrangements will be made available during such a disruption, the reason for said disruption and its anticipated length of time.
