The Kidney Foundation of Canada is committed to providing people with information, support and the educations materials they need to manage their kidney disease. The Foundation has produced resources to assist people in making informed choices about how they can effectively incorporate treatments for kidney disease into their lives. Information is also available on the leading causes of kidney disease, as well as ways of protecting and preserving kidney function.
